Telephoning the practice during surgery hours will enable you to make an appointment with the doctor of your choice. Please note that appointment times are only approximate, as delays may occur when emergencies arise or practitioners need to give extra time to very sick patients. At the time of making an appointment, please let the Receptionist know if you need a longer appointment as this can help reduce waiting time for other patients. If you wish to speak to the doctor by phone please let the receptionist know if your call is urgent. Your doctor may be tending to other patients & may need to call you back at a later time.

Emergencies can be seen at any time without an appointment. It may save time if you can phone our practice before you arrive to let us know you are coming. This ensures our staff can arrange some time for the doctor to see you. If your emergency is of a life threatening nature, please call 000 immediately.
